The Data Controller of the data collected is Legends Collection Europe, S.L. with Tax ID B88374533 and registered office at Carrera de San Jerónimo, 2, Madrid (hereinafter Legends), which owns the Websites accessible through the URLs: https://museolegends.es/ and https://tickets.legends.football/ (hereinafter, the Website).

This Privacy Policy governs the collection and processing of the personal data provided by Users when they access, browse or make use of the functionalities of the Website.

Data collection, purposes, legal basis and retention periods

  1. Contracting: The User may contract the services available on the Website. To do so, they must provide their contact details and any data necessary to manage the contractual relationship, such as bank or credit card details.

The retention period of the data will be that required to comply with contractual obligations and, in any case, for up to five additional years for tax purposes and to cover possible liabilities, unless other time limits apply.

Groups and events: The User may contact Legends to purchase tickets for groups of more than 24 people, exclusive groups/school groups of more than 10 people, as well as to request the organisation of private events, through the forms provided on the Website. They must provide their identification details as well as the information required by the form.

The legal basis for this processing is the implementation of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.

The retention period of the data for this purpose will be one year, unless other time limits apply.

  1. Marketing: If the User expressly authorises it, Legends may send them marketing communications regarding the services and/or promotions available on the Website, such as news and/or discounts, among others.

The legal basis for this processing is the User’s consent.

The retention period of the data will be as long as the User remains subscribed to our marketing system and has not withdrawn their consent.

The User may withdraw their consent at any time via the links provided or by writing to us at protecciondedatos@museolegends.es.

In particular, the information obtained through advertising cookies from providers such as Google, Meta or TikTok may be used both by Legends and by LALIGA GROUP INTERNATIONAL, S.L., with Tax ID B05421805 and registered office at Calle Torrelaguna 60, Madrid (hereinafter, LALIGA) for the execution of advertising campaigns. This processing is based on the consent given by the User when accepting advertising cookies.

Data disclosures to third parties

Whenever you give us your consent, Legends will disclose your personal data (email, name, surname, telephone and address) to LALIGA, for the purpose of sending you commercial communications about its activities, products and services, as well as those promoted jointly with its official sponsors, collaborators, national federations or national and international television channels.

Exercise of rights

The User may withdraw their consent for processing, and exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction of processing, by contacting Legends via an email addressed to protecciondedatos@museolegends.es or in writing to the postal address indicated above, stating “Data Protection” as the subject. Where necessary, we may ask the User to provide proof of identity by means of an official document, for example to prevent access to their data by third parties.

Finally, the User may notify us in writing of any changes to their data or request deletion, using any of the contact details provided.

At any time, the User may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) to enforce their rights.

Legends reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time, in compliance with the applicable legislation on data protection and subject to due notification to the data subjects.

Language applicable to this Privacy Policy

The language applicable to this Privacy Policy is Spanish. Any version in another language is provided for the User’s convenience and to facilitate understanding. However, this Privacy Policy will always be governed by its Spanish version.

In case of contradiction between this Privacy Policy in any language and its Spanish version, the Spanish version shall prevail.
