The data controller responsible for the processing of the collected personal data is Legends Collection Europe, S.L., with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B88374533 (hereinafter, “Legends”), with registered office at Carrera de San Jerónimo 2, 28014 Madrid, and owner of the websites accessible through the following URLs: https://legendsmuseo.com/ and https://tickets.legendsmuseo.com/ (hereinafter, the “Website”).

This Privacy Policy governs the collection and processing of the personal data provided by users when they access, browse, or make use of the functionalities of the Website.

  1. Contact: The User may get in touch with Legends through the forms provided for that purpose on the Website. Groups and events: The User may contact Legends to purchase tickets for groups of more than 24 people or for exclusive/school groups of more than 10 people, as well as to request the organization of private events, using the forms provided for this purpose on the Website. The User must provide identifying information, along with any additional details required by the form.

The data retention period for this purpose shall be one year, unless other legal timeframes apply.

  1. Advertising: If the User gives express authorization, Legends may send them marketing communications regarding services and/or promotions available on the Website, such as updates, special offers, discounts, among others.

The data will be retained for as long as the User remains subscribed to our marketing communications system and has not withdrawn their consent.

The User may revoke their consent at any time by using the unsubscribe links provided or by writing to protecciondedatos@museolegends.es.

Legends may disclose your personal data (name, surname, and email address) to LALIGA GROUP INTERNATIONAL, S.L., with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B05421805 and registered office at Calle Torrelaguna 60, 28043 Madrid, for the purpose of enabling them to send you marketing communications regarding their products and services, as well as those jointly promoted with their official sponsors, national federations, or national and international television broadcasters.

Such data disclosure will only take place if you expressly consent to receiving marketing communications from third parties.

  1. Exercise of Rights 

The User may also revoke their consent for the processing of their data by exercising their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and restriction of processing, by notifying Legends via email at protecciondedatos@museolegends.es, or by sending written notice to the postal address indicated above, clearly stating “Data Protection” as the subject.

On certain occasions, we may ask the User to provide proof of identity by means of an official document, for example, to prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing their data.

Finally, the User may notify any changes in their personal information or request cancellation in writing, using any of the contact methods provided.

At any time, the User may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency to exercise their rights.

Legends reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and with prior notice to the data subjects where required.

Applicable Language to This Privacy Policy

The language applicable to this Privacy Policy is Spanish. Any version of this Policy in a language other than Spanish is provided solely for the convenience of the User and to facilitate understanding. However, this Privacy Policy shall always be governed by its version in Spanish.

In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the Spanish version of the Privacy Policy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
